I want to make it clear from the beginning that this website functions as a personal portfolio. I do not run advertising campaigns, I do not collect personal data through forms, and I do not sell or trade any data. The only information I collect is analytical, through Google Analytics, for the sole purpose of understanding how visitors interact with the site.

Analytics and Cookies

When you browse the website, Google Analytics may collect data such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on the site, the type of device or browser you use, and approximate location information such as the city or region. Waitlist and Email Communication

When you choose to join the Tempo waitlist, I collect your email address through the waitlist form available on this website. This information is collected for the sole purpose of notifying you about beta access, product updates, and early releases related to Tempo.

The legal basis for processing this data is your explicit consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. Your email address is not used for unrelated marketing purposes and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Email addresses submitted through the waitlist are processed and stored using Loops, an email communication platform that acts as a data processor on my behalf and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your email address is retained only for as long as it is necessary to communicate about Tempo or until you withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in any email or by contacting me directly at hey@martinstoleru.com.

Third-Party Service Providers

I may share data only with service providers necessary for the functioning of this website and the waitlist:

- Google Analytics, operated by Google Ireland Limited, for website analytics

- Webflow, Inc., for website hosting and infrastructure

- Loops, for email communication and waitlist management

I do not share data with any other parties.

As a visitor, you have the right to refuse analytical tracking, the right to access information collected about your visit, the right to request correction or deletion of any personal data that may be stored, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
